The club is run by the Management Committee, which meets at least once a month. The 2009 Management Committee is
Jim Burroughs, Duncan Knapp, John Burroughs, Clive Burroughs,  Ian Cameron, Tim Etheridge, Chris Shambrook, Richard Southward,  Scott Stratton, Mark Upton, Katie Weston.
Members with any concerns or who are willing to help can contact any member of the Management Committee
.

Team selection is by the relevant team captain, on Monday nights. Players should make availability known to any team captain or Chris Shambrook.
Membership fee for the Cricket Club for 2010 is £40 adult, £30 family membership for juniors.
(Membership of the Sports Association is via one of its clubs. It is £10 for family membership.)
Match levies  for 2009, determined by age at 1st September 2008, are for over 18 £10 for one game in a weekend and £15 for two games in a weekend  For under 18 or in full time education levies are £5 for one game in a weekend and £10 for two games in a weekend. Midweek games are £5 for 'long' games, £2 for 'short' games.
Any member facing difficulties over payments should approach any committee member.

The club is member of the ECB, the Sussex Cricket Board, and the North District Association (of Sussex).
